In the year 2007, our lives took an unexpected turn when our beloved daughter, Gunpreet, was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Her once-vibrant appetite diminished, leaving her with no desire to eat. As a result, her height and weight stopped increasing, causing concern and raising countless questions in our minds. The diagnosis of Celiac Disease finally shed light on the root cause of her ailments.
We embarked on a relentless journey to educate ourselves about this mysterious condition that had taken hold of our daughter's health. However, it became evident that our small town of Dehradun lacked a reliable source for gluten-free bakery goods, biscuits, and cakes.

Gunpreet's infections decreased, her weight started to improve, and her height began to catch up with her peers.
