Garlic Curd Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt (curd)

2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, add the plain yogurt (curd) and minced garlic.

2. Mix well to combine the garlic with the yogurt.

3. Add the fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley or cilantro to the bowl.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

6. Taste the dip and adjust the seasonings according to your preference.

7. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the garlic curd dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

8. Before serving, give the dip a good stir.

9. Serve the garlic curd dip with chips, crackers, vegetable sticks, or use it as a flavorful dressing for salads.
