Salsa Dip

post-title

Ingredients:

4 ripe tomatoes, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (adjust amount based on desired heat level)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1-2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.

2. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Taste the salsa and adjust the seasonings as desired, adding more salt, pepper, or lime juice according to your preference.

4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.

5. Once chilled, give the salsa a stir before serving.

6. Serve the salsa with tortilla chips or use it as a topping for tacos, quesadillas, nachos, or any dish where you want a flavorful and refreshing kick.

7. Note: If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can blend a portion of the salsa in a blender or food processor before mixing it back in with the chunky part.

Enjoy your homemade salsa dip!
